Professors and researchers may apply for the scholarships under the Institutional Internationalization Program - PrInt Fiocruz-Capes. There are open selections for PhDs with Experience Abroad and for Visiting professor.
The PhD with Experience Abroad aims to attract researchers with experience in a foreign country to work at Fiocruz, whose training and professional experience represent an innovative contribution to the Fiocruz Graduate Programs. Professors and researchers, Brazilians or foreigners, with such a background, who reside in Brazil or abroad, may apply for ten Postdoctoral and four Young Talent 6 months scholarships.
The Call for Visiting Professor in Brazil aims to attract and select renowned teachers working and living abroad to participate in courses, training, lectures or face-to-face seminars. Their stay should last 15 to 30 days. The candidate should have a Doctorate degree for at least one year, reside abroad, have recognized competence as a researcher in his/her area of activity and have relevant academic production in the last five years.
The objective is to engage international leaders in the health field, who have relevant scientific and technological production to contribute to the innovation of graduate programs, intensify the development of internationalization and excellence of education at Fiocruz.
The proposals should be submitted by March 25th.
